Yearly Re-Certification with your yearly award letter mailed to veteran annually, or Book an Appointment with a Director to get approved for extra services such as Home Furniture, Utilities Assistance and more.

Cancellation Policy

Appointment not confirmed until Tom Lutchko contacts you with a confirmation status of your appointment. If Lutchko has not made contact, Call us before coming in. Thank You so Much. ***No double booking within the same week. For Example: You may not book an office appointment for a Monday and Thursday of the same week. You need to complete the first appointment before attempting to book again or cancel original appointment. For questions or concerns please call our main office at 239-674-1719.
